Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) programming is offered in Albany. Wraparound before and after school child care is also available.

Albany City School District
4-year-old UPK
We work collaboratively with the Albany City School District to provide an enriched early learning experience that reflects high quality Pre-K learning standards to prepare children for future success in kindergarten.

Eligibility

This program is for children who reside in the Albany City School District. Child must be 4 by Dec. 1st of the school year.

Hours

Our (UPK) program follows the school calendar schedule and operates from 8:00 am until 2:30 pm daily.

3-year-old UPK
We offer Expanded Pre-K program (EPK) in collaboration with the Albany City School District that focuses on high quality developmentally appropriate instruction for children three years of age. This program provides a nurturing environment where young children develop a love of learning and promotes social and emotional skills development.

Eligibility

This program is for children who reside in the Albany City School District. Child must be 3 by Dec. 1st of the school year.

Hours

Our EPK program follows the school calendar schedule and the hours of operation are 8:00am to 2:30 pm daily.

Before & After Care (Wraparound)
Our 5 hour integrated and UPK programs offer before and after wrap around care from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm. We provide fun, structured activities and an afternoon snack. Care is also available during school vacation weeks.

Hours

Available from 7:30 am until program start, and from program end until 5:30 pm. On school vacation weeks, care is available from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm.
